Lately there have been a few promotions where in the promoter offers you free fuel if you sign up for their product. The latest entrant into this area is Aussie Home Loans. Aussie Home Loans is offering you a $500 fuel voucher if after meeting with them, they are unable to offer to you a better loan deal than what you are currently signed on to. This offer is only for the month of September. So if you are looking to refinance then give them a call. From what I understand, once a better deal is pointed out, you don’t necessarily have to sign on. Whether you go with it or not is up to you.

Jetstar offered a similar deal a couple of weeks ago. There were some reports that people were going on trips just to be able to claim the fuel voucher. Don’t do that with the Aussie Home Loans. Approach Aussie only if you are seriously considering refinancing your home loan.
