Daily Water Usage

I received my regular bill from Sydney Water this week. Along with it was their newsletter. On it, there was a small table with the average daily water usage. The figures are based on typical amounts of water used by water efficient households with an average sized house and garden.

6	689L/day

I must confess that our household did not quite make the average figure. We were not way off but we were off (slightly). I showed the table to my daughter. In her school she learns a quite a bit about saving water. She is all motivated to meet the average figure in the coming months.
